Free with purchase. You can spend any number of dollars, but when you get a gift with purchase suddenly none of that matters. It's all worth it, for that incentive.
Funny what an incentive can do for you, eh?
In my career I will be using incentives. Children of all ages can see the value of them, and quite often they can be as small as a new pencil or piece of candy. Tell me a better way to get some buy-in. No pun intended.
I am using treats to get the dancers to class on time. If they show up three times in a row on time they get a yummy treat! :)
